Really Creative Training provides high quality, value-for-money training at a time and venue of your choice. We specialise in Business Training, Personal Effectiveness, Human Resources and Communication Skills.

We were established as The Creative Training Company in 1992 by Carole Hewer and in 1996 became Really Creative Training. The current Director, Janette Clarke, took over the business in July 2012.

Our Philosophy - We believe that learning should be both effective and fun. All of our workshops are designed to create an environment which makes learning a collaborative and safe experience for learners. We use approaches to training delivery which stimulate all learning styles to ensure that each learner meets both their own objectives and those of their organisation.

Our Logo - ‘Poly’ (meaning multi or many) represents the variety of approaches we use in our training. She looks at us from a different angle, making ‘the familiar unfamiliar’, a trademark of our training at both the design and delivery stages.

Our Clients - We specialise in delivering training to a variety of public and third-sector organisations throughout the south of England.

Our Trainer – Janette Clarke is experienced, friendly and trained to deliver a high quality and professional service in a relaxed, participative and colourful style. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and holds the Professional Certificate in Further and Higher Education and the CIPD Certificate in Training and Development. Her qualifications are supported by many years’ practical experience of working in education and the public sector.

Our Learning Support Materials - Each workshop is supported by a student workbook which is used during the workshop and retained by the delegate to use as a reference source. Most workshops are also supported by supplementary handouts and resource materials.
